10 Mimosa Recipes to Celebrate Any Occasion

I am celebrating my graduation from culinary school, but thrilled to share these mimosa recipes to celebrate ANY occasion!! May 16 is National Mimosa Day, but I think mimosas are perfectfor EVERY occasion. I hope these recipes will inspire you to toast all the occasions in life! In addition, I hope they will encourage you to play with a variety of ingredient to create your own favorite!
What is the difference between a mimosa and a Bellini?

While both beverages are similar in that the main ingredient is bubbly (champagne, Prosecco or sparkling wine) the difference is in the flavoring. Mimosas are made with juice (traditionally orange) while Bellinis are made with fruit puree (usually peach).
In this post I am sharing BOTH, because they equally as yummy!
