After an incredible few days in Chicago, I’m excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at The Inspired Home Show 2026, and everything I discovered as this year’s Ambassador.

Hosted by the International Housewares Association (IHA), this globally recognized home and housewares trade show is where the industry comes together to shape what consumers will see on store shelves in the year ahead. While the Show isn’t open to the public, it offers a powerful inside look at the future of kitchenware, home décor, and lifestyle innovation, and I’m glad to share all the details.

With more than 1,000 exhibitors, 2,000 brands, and hundreds of thousands of products, the scale alone is impressive. But what stood out most was the clear direction of where the home industry is heading: elevated functionality, thoughtful design, and products that truly enhance how we live.

One of the most exciting parts of The Inspired Home Show was seeing both heritage brands and emerging innovators pushing boundaries. Hestan Culinary and Lodge continue to set the standard for high-quality cookware, while brands like StoreBound and Yedi are making everyday cooking more accessible with smart, design-forward appliances.

Organization and efficiency were major themes throughout The Inspired Home Show. YouCopia showcased beautifully functional storage solutions, while TRINITY International delivered versatile shelving and kitchen organization systems designed for real life. I also loved seeing sustainable innovation from Gleener, bringing a fresh perspective to fabric care and longevity.

Coffee and entertaining continue to evolve as well. JURA impressed with its precision and elevated coffee experience, while Gibson Homewares, Lifetime Brands, and Picnic Time Family of Brands highlighted how gathering at home is becoming more intentional, stylish, and experience-driven.

In the culinary space, craftsmanship and performance were front and center. Kuhn Rikon delivered precision tools, Cangshan showcased beautifully engineered knives, and KitchenSupply offered versatile essentials designed for both home cooks and professionals alike.

I was also inspired by emerging brands like R Squared and Widgeteer, which brought fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the Show floor, proving that creativity and forward-thinking design are very much alive in this industry.

The Inspired Home Show itself was thoughtfully organized into four key expos: Dine + Décor, Clean + Contain, Wired + Well, and International Sourcing. Also included were standout experiences like the Inventors Corner, Debut incubator, and Pantone® ColorWatch display, all of which highlighted the trends, colors, and ideas shaping the future of the home.

Beyond the products, the level of influence at The Inspired Home Show is unmatched. Buyers and executives representing over 100,000 retail locations and more than $64 billion in buying power in the U.S. alone were in attendance, alongside participants from 115+ countries, making this a truly global marketplace for innovation and connection.

What I walked away with most is this: the future of the home is intentional. Every product, every design, and every innovation is centered around making life more beautiful, more functional, and more meaningful. And while this event may not be open to the public, I’m so grateful to share this exclusive look with you.

From cutting-edge kitchen tools and non-toxic cookware to smart home solutions, organization systems, and elevated décor, what’s coming next is thoughtful, refined, and incredibly exciting. Consider this your insider preview—because these are the products and trends you’ll soon be seeing everywhere.
