Ingredients

  • Baked Salmon
  • 4 4-6 oz salmon filet
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • garlic seasoning, to taste

Instructions

Baked Salmon

  1. Cover baking pan or sheet with foil, place salmon in pan and cover with any remaining marinade. Sprinkle garlic seasoning on top.
  2. Bake on 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until fish it evenly cooked and flaky. Serve with Dill Sauce and Lemon Rice immediately.

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tsp fresh dill, chopped

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp prepared horseradish

Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • Combine mayo, sour cream, chopped dill, horseradish, and fresh lemon juice and stir until smooth. Add additional lemon juice depending on desired taste and consistency.
