A Magical Disney Princess Christmas Ball Birthday Party

I recently hosted a Disney Princess Christmas Ball Birthday Party for my daughter’s seventh birthday and it was just about the most magical party I’ve seen, for children and adults alike. The combination of three gorgeous princesses, beautiful princess treats, Christmas decorations, balloon garland, and the tea party set up made for a dreamy event. Keep reading for all the Disney Princess birthday party details!
A special thank you to Fancyful Parties for sponsoring this event, and to our wonderful vendors: Community Bakery Just Peachy Balloons Party Gras Rentals
DISNEY PRINCESS CHRISTMAS BALL: DECORATIONS
We built the decorations around the existing Christmas decor in our home. We cleared most of the furniture from the living room so there would be space for their dining table and room for the Christmas Ball. I love the long kid-sized table and chairs in the center of the room with pink and white linens, all sourced from Party Gras Rentals.
With a white and gold color scheme in my Christmas decor, I wanted to add touches of pink for the party. Just Peachy Balloons created a gorgeous pink and gold balloon garland and I love how she built it around our existing garland. The balloons made for a striking backdrop to the party and wowed all the little guests as they walked in our front door. You may remember I worked with Christen for a fun Gender Reveal Party a few months back so I knew I had to call her when it came time to host this party as well!
We dressed the adorable “Princess sized” table in white and pink linens topped with my apple blossom china, crystal candle holders with pink candlesticks, teapots and sparkling bottle brush trees. In addition, each guest was gifted a pearl necklace and princess ring to complete her ensemble. The girls were so excited to wear the necklace and ring, and it was the perfect party favor to remember the special event.
DISNEY PRINCESS CHRISTMAS BALL: PARTY FOOD
We set up a dessert table laden with sweet (and gorgeous) treats from my favorite local spot, Community Bakery. As you know, I have used Community Bakery for several of my gatherings including my Grazing Table Ideas, Easter Party Ideas and Rainbow Birthday Party. Community Bakery always goes above and beyond, and I love the whimsical Disney Princess inspired three tiered cake, Princess cake pops, assorted petit fours, and gorgeous decorated tiara sugar cookies. I added heart shaped tea sandwiches and candied vanilla wafers for the girls to enjoy! They loved tasting everything and ooh’d and ahh’d over how pretty the treats were.

THE DISNEY PRINCESSES
The big surprise of the party was when Belle, Cinderella and Ariel of Fancyful Parties walked through the door. The faces of our guests lit up when they arrived and my daughter ran to get hugs. They were so gorgeous and so real in their personas, she asked if they had flown from Disney World just to attend the party! The princesses were amazing with the girls and stayed in character the entire event. I was surprised, in the best way possible, at how each princess would respond to the guests with little quips that seemed like they could be a part of their Disney movie…that’s how good these princesses were!
The princesses provided so many fun activities! They performed a Christmas Waltz and then invited the girls to dance with them. They gave etiquette lessons teaching the girls how to properly drink tea and they had the girls stand and learn to curtsy. The girls enjoyed story time with them, and we loved watching the Princess make-overs. Each guest had individual time with a princess as they were given a special “Christmas wish” and photo opportunities as well.

This was such a memorable, magical event, and I hope you enjoyed seeing all the details of our Disney Princess Christmas Ball! The birthday party was so special and will always hold a special place in our hearts! A very special thank you to Cinderella, Belle, and Arial who went above and beyond to make the guests feel special, and to Fancyful Parties.
I am so impressed with the professionalism and creativity of Heather, the owner of Fancyful Parties and their company as a whole. They offer so many characters outside of princesses, including the Sugar Plum Fairy, Mrs. Claus, Fancy Nancy, and more! I’ve heard their Spider Man party is amazing as well! They also have special events throughout the year such as tea parties, and they offer special services like Princess FaceTime, Bedtime Tuck-ins and Movie Dates! They’ve thought of everything and I know I’ll be booking my next party with them!

I felt like I was at Disney with these pictures! It reminded me of the restaurant at Grand Floridian. What a beautiful party!
