Disney World Instagram Spots for Photos

I hope you enjoyed the first post in our Disney World Vacation series where we shared some top planning tips from Small World Big Fun travel agency. We added a little fun component to our Disney Vacation, we went on a search for the top Disney World Instagram Spots for Photos. You may have seen the Disney Wall phenomenon on social media, but if you haven’t, keep reading as we had fun finding some of the more well-known and a few lesser know walls. They kids got involved too and we had our own little scavenger hunt. 

Disney World Instagram Spots for Photos

Purple Wall… Located just outside of Tomorrowland Terrace, perhaps one of the most well known, this wall is so popular that Disney has even started selling Purple Wall merchandise and special treats such as Purple Wall Cotton Candy and Slushes. #purplewall

Galactic Purple Wall… This “updated” purple wall is lovely shades of purple and lavender and is located in Tomorrowland. #galacticpurplewall

Candy Stripe Wall.. I bet you all can guess that this was one of my favorites because PINK and WHITE!! This wall is located inside of the Magic Kingdom’s Main Street Confectionery and is the perfect backdrop to showcase colorful treats! #candystripewall

This fantastic Disney World Instagram Spot is located in the Animal Kingdom and the sign translates to “Can You Feel the Love Tonight.” This wall features Simba and Nala falling in love.

Mickey Wall… A fun, rustic Mickey depicted on one of the  Walls of Harambe, located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. #wallsofharambe

The most popular of the Walls of Harambe is the You Are The Most Beautiful Wall, featuring a colorful quote. #youarethemostbeautifulwall

Andy’s Bedroom… while not technically a wall, these giant blocks and Toy Story figures are worth a bus or car trip over to the All Star Movie Resort, especially if you have a Toy Story fan. This area makes a terrific and fun Instagram worthy photo backdrop. In fact, the entire property is populated with giant toys, characters and props that provide a colorful and playful experience.

Checkerboard Wall… this wall is a giant checkerboard of red and black squares. There is even a stack of giant checkers nearby. You can find this wall in Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios #checkerboardwall

Toothpaste Wall… This stunning wall of “toothpaste hues” of green, aqua and blue is found in The Seas with Nemo and Friends pavilion at Epcot. Also called the Nemo Wall it is a popular and colorful place to take a photo. #thetoothpastewall

Also at Toy Story Land, and another favorite of ours, The Popsicle Wall is a fun wall that looks like it was comprised of giant popsicle sticks stained with sweet popsicle juice. #popsiclewall

Another fun backdrop at Toy Story Land is the Giant Toy Ball located near the Slinky Dog Dash. 

Pandora: World of Avatar: Located near the entrance of Pandora, you’ll find a natural backdrop for photos. There is also an outdoor musical area with drums and other fun. 

Land Wall: This mosaic wall is full of fun color and texture making it an obvious stop on the way into Epcot’s Land Pavilion. #mosaicwall

These are just a handful of the many Disney World Instagram Spots and unique walls around the Walt Disney World Property. There are additional popular walls to seek out, including It’s A Small World Wall, the Bubble Gum Wall, the Blueberry Wall, and the Carousel of Progress Wall. 

Disney has also created a variety of “interactive” walls which feature painted props like Buzz Light Years wings, The Coco inspired “Seize Your Moment” wall with its gorgeous multicolored wings, or the “Up” wall with its huge bouquet of balloons. New walls are continually popping up and you can follow Instagram accounts like @wallsofdisney to find your favorites and map out some of your own must see walls!
