Fun Mickey Mouse Table Decorations: Everything you Need for your Disney Party

I’m sharing our Mickey Mouse Table Decorations to include everything you need to pull together your own Disney Party. As a busy mom and business owner, I like to plan simple party decor and food items that will be easy to implement but still deliver a creative, beautiful party design! I hope you loved these practical ideas!

As I mentioned yesterday, Disney is a favorite in our home. From the Disney Channel, to our faorite Disney movies, to Star Wars and the Disney Princesses, there’s always something Disney playing in my home. I was so honored to be chosen to work with Disney World to bring you these creative Mickey Mouse table decorations and playdate party ideas.

MICKEY MOUSE TABLE DECORATIONS

Let’s get into the details of my Mickey Mouse Table Decorations! We made a simple balloon garland for over the table of red and yellow Mickey Mouse inspired balloons. There are so easy to make! Several of my kids can blow up and tie balloons, so we had fun making this together. This one is made of 60 balloons. Once you’ve blown up up your balloons in both big, medium, and small sizes, you simply use a sewing needle and fishing wire to string them together. While stringing them together, I try to use various sizes and colors.

I made this tissue mickey mouse three years ago for our Disney World Trip Reveal Party and it is also simple to make. In fact, I think I’ll have to make another one so I can share the tutorial with you. But I simply chose two colors (black and yellow) of tissue paper and layered the sheets and cut them into squares. I cut a mickey mouse shape out of poster board and placed the pieces of tissue paper all over it. 

For the table decorations, I used my mickey mouse serving pieces I found years ago at Kroger, along with the mickey mouse shaped black plates. I used a white table cloth as the base for my party and the fun items that were sent to use by the campaign which included Mickey-themed plates, napkins and cups.

I loved creating fun food items that can also double as table decor. Here is our menu:

Mickey Mouse Popcorn Cake from Popped Passion
Mickey Mouse Cake
Mickey Ear Cupcakes
Mickey Hat Cookies
Mickey Mouse Oreos
Mickey Blueberry Muffins
Mickey Rice Krispie Pops
Red and Yellow Candy
Fresh Strawberries

For the Mickey Mouse cake, we asked the bakery to add little yellow buttons. We were able to turn simple chocolate cupcakes into Mickey Mouse cupcakes by adding little chocolate melts as ears. I purchased yellow cookies and added mickey mouse hats with an edible baking pen. We made our favorite blueberry mix and put them into our mickey cake muffin maker. This easy menu made for a lot of smiling kids and a lot of fun! 

There are so many things happening at Disney Parks this year! We are hoping to plan a trip for December and it’s time to start planning! From the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opening at California’s Disneyland to Mickey & Minnie’s Surprise Celebration happening from now through September 30th, Disney Parks are  #nowmorethanever the place to vacation and make memories with your family!
