10 Gorgeous White Bedroom Ideas

I wanted to share a few of my favorite white bedroom ideas with you in this post.

I originally posted this in 2018 when we were waiting to close on our home and I was looking for inspiration for our bedroom. These rooms are similar, but each features different neutral colors and accent colors, as well as various patterns and accents that really make them all very unique.

Updating the Primary Bedroom

The primary bedroom is one of the first rooms we tackled when we moved. (see my finished bedroom here!). It went from a room with dark bedroom furniture and gold bedding and accents, to a white neutral like these photos. I found so much inspiration and great ideas from these gorgeous white bedrooms, they really helped me to design ours.

White Bedroom Ideas

I love this white and neutral bedroom from Randi Garrett Design . The blush accents, and the mirrored tables and accents all contribute to make a stunning white bedroom. This bedroom would be perfect in an upscale farmhouse or shabby chic cottage. 

I love the headboard and mirrored tufted bench in this bedroom by Summer Adams Designs. The silver accents give it a luxe vibe which would make it a beautiful and romantic space.

The accent wall in this stunning white bedroom from Monica Hibbs immediately grabs your eye and provides lovely texture. Adding a floral bench contributes a pop of color giving the eye a space to escape the white expanses. The light fixture is textural and impressive!

I love both the rug and mirrored chests in this gorgeous room from The Decor Diet. The colors here are subtle but the pattern on the rug, the tufted bench and headboard and layered linens add texture. She accents with some of my favorite blue and white ginger jars and pink florals for perfection!!

This gorgeous white bedroom has a modern and minimalist appeal that makes me want to declutter my entire home. I love this space by Fashionable Hostess.

The shape of this headboard brings an elegant touch to this room by Styled With Lace, and I love her use of patterns! Taupe and cream colors pair well with white creating a dreamy, cozy space to relax. Her use of a variety of fabrics creates tons of texture!

Using Statement Rugs

I love the subtle pattern of the rug and the wall art in this space by Kelley Nan Lopez featured by Pottery Barn. These pieces bring in the softest touches of green for freshness, while the lamps create some visual interest. Layers of luscious linen bedding offer coziness in this gorgeous white bedroom.

I’m not sure if this QUITE counts as a white bedroom as it is more “greige”, but I’m including it.  Style House Interiors has created a soothing space with a gorgeous bed frame, unique chandelier and pretty patterned rug. 

This headboard has to be one of the favorites I’ve seen and served as the biggest inspiration for our new headboard (see here).  I love the pops of blue and pattern use in this room by Rach Parcell from Pink Peoniese.    Her rug is such a fun way to add a touch of whimsy. 

This room by Erin from My Texas House has a gorgeous, textural rug, and I love the lamps and mirrors on each side of her bed. Everything about this room is inviting and cozy. I shared Erin’s playroom with you all in my Playroom Ideas for Toddlers post previously.
