20 Festive Fall Kitchen Decor Ideas

I’m excited to share 20+ festive Fall Kitchen Decor Ideas. The kitchen is often referred to as the heart of the home. My kitchen is the place my family spends most of our time, especially during the fall months with holiday gatherings and all of the prep to prepare for those special celebrations.

With so much entertaining and food preparation in the kitchen, it’s fun to bring in touches of fall to keep the room feeling festive. Keep reading for some of my favorite fall decor ideas that can transform your kitchen into a cozy, welcoming place to gather.

FALL KITCHEN DECOR IDEAS

Your fall decor doesn’t have to be complicated. I shared my Fall Mantel Decor Ideas recently and you may have seen a theme throughout my fall decorations.

I’m using a neutral color palette to help create a cozy atmosphere to welcome this new season.  You can easily infuse your home with a few seasonal items to create a fresh new look to enjoy throughout the season.

I love to repurpose my decor from years past and use it in different ways and in different rooms. I also love creating affordable DIY decor projects (like my gold leaf trinket dish, fall wreath, and chinoiserie pumpkins).

I made some mini wreaths to hang on the backs the bar of our bar stools and I love the way they help create a festive fall kitchen! 

HOW TO DECORATE YOUR KITCHEN IN THE FALL

• On the kitchen island, I added some velvet pumpkins, candles and white magnolia flowers to one of my favorite white ginger jars. I generally like to use odd groupings of three or five with varying heights and sizes when creating vignettes for tabletops. 
• I love to dress up my range hood seasonally, so I added a gold leaf wreath, and I have out my white and gold cast iron pumpkin which gives my kitchen an autumn feel. I also added more pumpkins and candles that I already had on hand to create this festive fall kitchen.

• On my kitchen table, I used my rattan chargers, white dinner plates, and the cutest ceramic pumpkins at each plate for a casual fall table setting. In my ginger jar, I used a simple arrangement of fall eucalyptus to bring some festive fall flair to my table.
• Another way to keep the fall feeling your kitchen is to keep a few fall treats on hand.
